Libby M Iriks is both a writer and editor of fiction. She lives and breathes the written word, editing for publishers and authors during the day, and reading or writing creatively at night. With a preference for popular fiction, she particularly enjoys romance and its sub-genres.
With experience in the book sales industry and as the commissioning editor of romance for Vulpine Press, Libby understands what it takes for a manuscript to be made publishable and marketable in a competitive industry. Committed to being a successful contributor to the world of popular fiction, she will both challenge and guide the authors she works with, helping them to craft and shape their stories to the highest possible standard.
With a Certificate in Professional Editing and Proofreading, Libby M Iriks is a member of the Institute of Professional Editors. She adheres to the Australian standards for editing practice. Libby writes women’s fiction and romance in her spare time and has had several works published under a pseudonym. She is a member of Romance Writers of Australia and volunteers her time to coordinate their OWL program.
